For a special occasion that is unique. Available for the day, overnight or the weekend.

FULL SET UP OPTIONS

I can set up on your property, a local park or reserve or somewhere private. The space needed is 7m diameter of flat, level grass and must be easily accessible. Travel costs will apply outside of my 20km travel area.

DO IT YOURSELF - DIY OPTIONS

Prepared and packaged for you to collect. It comes with everything you need to pitch and pack down your tent including instructions, a mallet, pegs, poles and a half brush & shovel. The tent can be put up by one person in approx. 30 mins but is easier with help! A bond is required and will be refunded once the tent has been returned and checked. A cleaning fee will apply if it’s returned dirty so ensure you take your time packing down not to roll up food, dirt, leaves and bugs.

LUXURY PICNIC FULLY SET UP

Includes the Bell Tent and a picnic package fully set up. Hire is for up to 4 hours and includes one low table which seats up to 8 people.

Adult - $500 (For table of 8), $250 for an extra table of up to 8

Kids - $400 (For table of 8), $200 for an extra table of up to 8

SLUMBER PARTY FULLY SET UP

Includes the Bell Tent with a themed slumber party fully set up. All the same slumber party items minus the teepee frames. A minimum of two and maximum of six beds.

$300 for one night 12pm - 12pm

2-4 Beds $50 pBED

5-6 Beds $45 pBED

SLUMBER PARTY DIY

$200 overnight

1-4 Beds $40 pBED

5-6 Beds $35 pBED

Pick up and pitch yourself. Bell Tent with a themed slumber party inside for up to 6 people. All the same slumber party items minus the teepee frames.

GLAMPING DIY

$300 for the weekend Friday - Sunday

1-4 Beds $30 pBED

5-8 Beds $25 pBED

Pick up and pitch yourself. Similar to a slumber party but without the themed decor. Hire is for 2 nights and includes bedding (single beds) and rugs.

UNFURNISHED DIY

$150 Day (8hrs), $200 Overnight (24hrs) or $300 for the weekend Friday - Sunday

Pick up and pitch yourself. For use however you please whether that be a picnic, party, hangout area, sleepover, shelter or camp out. The possibilities are endless!

Bad Weather

Bad weather calls for the booking to be postponed so let’s hope for sunshine! November to March is the best time to book.
